Menu for a delivery Tuesday August 18th

. Cuban style “mojo”  pork, slow roasted with charred cabbage and carrots over cilantro lime rice.

. Chicken tikka masala with charred baby onions, sautéed green beans, and spiced baby potatoes topped with cilantro.

.  Beef and pork bolognese with gluten free vermicelli pasta, caramelized mushrooms, in a  roasted garlic tomato sauce , topped with fresh herbs.
