Menu for a delivery Tuesday February 23rd

. Chicken chile verde enchilada casserole , layered with corn tortillas, Spanish rice, black beans, charred corn, slow cooked chicken in a green tomatillo sauce. Finished with our house made dairy-free nacho “cheese”, and cilantro .

. Sweet Hawaiian  teriyaki braised pork, with charred broccoli and pineapple infused jasmine rice .

.  Chicken Marsala with marinated mushrooms, and green beans in a Marsala garlic cream sauce, topped with fresh herbs, and roasted baby potatoes . (Always dairy-free)
