Menu for a delivery Tuesday February 2nd

. Braised beef  and pork ragu, root vegetables, mirepoix, roasted garlic, spinach,  wide rice noodles, tossed in a light tomato garlic sauce , with fresh herbs.


. Lemon and herb rubbed chicken served with roasted ratatouille . A mixture zucchini, eggplant, peppers, tomatoes, onions, roasted and tossed in a light garlic tomato sauce with fresh herbs .


. Slow cooked ancho chili chicken enchilada casserole, with grilled corn tortillas, black beans, charred peppers, Spanish rice layered with house enchilada sauce,  and nacho “cheese”  .
