Menu for a delivery Tuesday January 14th

. Slow cooked chicken bhuna, with fried garlic green beans, over coconut jasmine rice. (This is unreal)


. Fresh herb and garlic roasted pork loin, with Butternut squash, Brussel sprouts, pecans, and cranberries. (Sooo of the season)


. Beef Bourguinon, slow cooked beef short rib with winter vegetables,  in a rich beef and tomato sauce, over polenta cakes. (Like beef stew, but THICC)
