Chicken and quinoa salad with green apples, kale, golden raisins, toasted almonds, tossed in a lemon vinaigrette.


Pork chile California with roasted peppers, sweet onions, polenta, and cilantro.  Slow cooked in a savory red chile sauce . (Like a tamale...but not)
