.  Herb roasted chicken with whipped sweet potatoes, fried garlic Brussels sprouts with a light caramelized mushroom gravy.


. Slow braised pork ragout in a light tomato sauce with spinach, served over gluten-free noodles with fresh chopped herbs. 

 

. Butter chicken with charred onions and bell peppers, served over jasmine rice and topped with cilantro.
