. Lemongrass chicken with a Vietnamese style vermicelli noodle salad . Topped with green onions, cilantro, ginger spiced fried peanuts, and a lime vinaigrette .

 

. Sticky Chinese char siu pork with an Asian style broccoli, carrot, mushroom, and cabbage sauté . (Low carb)

 

. Slow cooked butter chicken with braised garlic eggplant , red chilies, and cilantro over fragrant basmati rice .

.  Buffalo chicken meatballs over a warm chipotle lime sweet potato salad with spinach.

 

. BBQ beef meatloaf with roasted garlic potato purée, sautéed green beans, fried shallots and fresh herbs .


. Hawaiian huli-huli chicken with charred broccoli, and pineapple, served over rice .

(Huli means “turn”... if you’re wondering)

. Beef Bourguinon, slow cooked beef short rib with winter vegetables (onions, carrots, peas, mushrooms, garlic) in a rich beef and tomato sauce, with roasted potatoes. (Like beef stew, but THICC) .

 

. Harissa marinated chicken, grilled zucchini, and lemon dill basmati rice.

 

. Roasted pork tenderloin with charred  brussel sprouts, butternut squash, carrots, cranberries, spinach and toasted pecans.

. Garlic and ancho chili rubbed beef skirt steak with Spanish rice broccoli and fire roasted peppers.

 

. Slow cooked beef shepherds pie with sautéed vegetables, topped with a layer of  roasted garlic potato purée, fresh herbs and baked!

 

. Garlic and herb roasted chicken with creamy polenta and garlic confit green beans .

. Thai style roasted chicken (Khao Soi). Slow simmered chicken in a spicy yellow curry coconut cream broth, with gluten-feee  noodles, onions, cilantro and charred scallions, topped with house made chili oil and lime.

 

. Braised Pulled pork sweet potato sliders with a chipotle aioli slaw and caramelized onions.

 

. Breakfast frittata with potatoes, bacon, fire roasted tomatoes ,mushrooms, spinach, and caramelized onions, topped with roasted garlic aioli.
