Menu for a delivery Tuesday February 2nd
. Buffalo chicken meatballs infused with roasted garlic, tangy house made Buffalo sauce, served with a warm sweet potato salad and chipotle aioli .
. Open faced habanero pork tamale , with charred peppers and onion, stuffed into masa cakes , topped with chile “queso” and citrus pickled red onions. (It won’t be too spicy, I promise)
. Tom Kha Kai - Thai coconut chicken soup with bok choy, carrots, cilantro, scallions and mushrooms, in a coconut lime umami broth.
Menu for a delivery Tuesday January 26th
. Chicken enchilada (taco pie as the crew calls it) corn tortillas, pinto beans, grilled corn, Spanish rice layered with house made red enchilada chile sauce , and our queso sauce!
. Slow cooked beef and pork ragu with mirepoix (French for carrots, onion, celery) spinach , gluten-free pasta , toasted garlic, in a light tomato sauce . Topped with fresh herbs .
. Potato and chicken chowder with roasted winter vegetables , sweet corn, caramelized onion cream, and grilled scallions .

. Thai style green chicken curry with fresh basil, mint, lemongrass, over rice with sautéed carrots, cabbage charred onion, fresh chiles and lime.
. Pork au poivre (it’s FRENCH), tasty peppered pork bites, mashed potatoes, and broccoli, in a brandy “cream” sauce .
. Breakfast frittata with house made Italian sausage , caramelized onion, sun-dried tomatoes , spinach and garlic. Topped with Calabrian chili aioli .

. Sweet Orange glazed chicken with gluten-free vegetable chow mein .
. Slow cooked BBQ pulled pork stuffed sweet potato with a chile and lime slaw.
. Chicken Marsala with marinated mushrooms, and green beans in a Marsala garlic cream sauce, topped with fresh herbs, over polenta cakes . (Always dairy-free)

. Honey chipotle glazed pork meatballs with herbed rice pilaf , and roasted broccoli .
. Beef Bourguinon, slow cooked beef short rib with winter vegetables (onions, carrots, peas, mushrooms, garlic) in a rich beef and tomato sauce, with roasted potatoes. (Like beef stew, but THICC) .
. Chicken chile verde enchilada casserole layered with grilled corn tortillas, Spanish rice, black beans, charred corn, green tomatillo salsa, and CMM house made dairy-free nacho cheese sauce .
