. Chicken pot pie soup. (Yeah that’s right, you’re not illiterate, you read that correctly) slow cooked chicken , mirepoix (once again, French for carrots, onions, celery, garlic, OUI!) potatoes, mushrooms, peas, corn, in a rich and THICC creamy broth, with fresh herbage. Be brave and top with some fresh baked  biscuits, or whatever your glutenous rebel soul is feeling like .

. Open faced citrus pork tamale pie, with charred peppers and onion, stuffed into masa cakes , topped with chile infused “queso” and citrus pickled red onions. 


. Sweet sriracha glazed chicken meatballs. House ground whole pieces of chicken, tossed in our sweet and spicy honey sriracha glaze , served with green beans, and carrots over steamed rice .


. Chicken fajitas with sautéed bell pepper, a bay potatoes, carrots, broccoli , charred cabbage, and onions . Tossed in a chile lime sauce .

. Braised beef  and pork ragu, root vegetables, mirepoix, roasted garlic, spinach,  wide rice noodles, tossed in a light tomato garlic sauce , with fresh herbs.

 

. Lemon and herb rubbed chicken served with roasted ratatouille . A mixture zucchini, eggplant, peppers, tomatoes, onions, roasted and tossed in a light garlic tomato sauce with fresh herbs .

 

. Slow cooked ancho chili chicken enchilada casserole, with grilled corn tortillas, black beans, charred peppers, Spanish rice layered with house enchilada sauce,  and nacho “cheese”

. Slow Braised beef stew with spiced potatoes and a winter vegetable  melange, (it’s French for a mixture often of incongruous elements) peas, fresh herbs, in a thicc, rich roasted garlic tomato broth.

 

. Chinese char sui glazed chicken meatballs, with vegetable fried rice , sesame, and grilled scallions .

 

. Carolina style bbq (it’s vinegar based and tangy) pork shepherds pie, with tradition vegetables , and a nice layer sweet potato purée .

. Untraditional  Macaroni mushroom stroganoff (OG Hamburger Helper Style) with ground beef,  roasted garlic, spinach, tomatoes, caramelized mushrooms and onions, in a dairy-free cream sauce with fresh herbs .

 

. Hawaiian glazed, In house (literally our kitchen) ground chicken meatballs, with pineapple rice, roasted zucchini and broccoli, tossed in a sweet ginger, and pineapple glaze.

 

. Beef and pork chipotle chili with butternut squash, roasted peppers , carrots, caramelized onions , In a light roasted garlic tomato  sauce .
