Introducing Ryan Hernandez, the head chef and visionary behind Clean Machine Kitchen - a premier meal prep company located in the heart of San Luis Obispo, dedicated to serving the Central Coast of California.

Ryan brings to the table an impressive culinary journey spanning over 15 years. Having honed his culinary craft at some of the Central Coast's most renowned establishments, including Villa Creek, Thomas Hill Organics, and Sidecar & working alongside notable chefs including Tom Fundaro, Julie Simon, Brian Collins, Jed Lachance, Kenny Bigwood and Sean Ellison. With his knowledge and inspiration from these experiences, Ryan opened Clean Machine Kitchen in 2017.
