Menu for a delivery Monday/Tuesday May 4/5th

. Green apple and quinoa salad with spinach, golden raisins, julienned carrots , toasted almonds, and marinated mushrooms. Tossed in a lemon vinaigrette. (Did we just make our first vegetarian dish)???


. Caribbean chicken bowl with charred broccoli , tossed in a sweet chili glaze, over steamed rice. ( straight forward and delicious)


. Fresh herb and garlic roasted pork loin, charred zucchini, with ghee infused potato purée. ( All the flavors)
