. Slow braised beef short rib, with mushrooms, spinach and roasted garlic polenta cakes.


. Jerk chicken with fried garlic green beans and coconut jasmine rice .


.  Frittata with bacon, caramelized onions, fire roasted tomatoes, spinach, and breakfast potatoes. Topped with chipotle aioli. (Breakfast done)!
