Menu for a delivery Tuesday may 11th

. Buffalo chicken meatballs with a roasted chipotle sweet potato salad, bacon, spinach and house pickles sweet citrus onions .


. Summer water melon and quinoa  salad with  cucumber, citrus macerated  onion, cherry tomatoes, baby arugula and fresh mint with a coconut lime vinaigrette. ( this is meant to be eaten cold, and it’s delicious)


. Slow braised citrus pork carnitas  with fire roasted  peppers, carrots, caramelized onions , served with cilantro lime rice . Tossed in a chile lime sauce .
