.  Mongolian glazed chicken  with roasted zucchini, charred peppers and caramelized onion, with sautéed green onions , coconut infused jasmine rice , and chilies .

. Buffalo glazed chicken meatballs with roasted broccoli, cauliflower, baby spinach, roasted sweet potatoes tossed with chipotle aioli . ( CMM Fam favorite)


. Slow cooked  Pork tamale casserole. 3.5 hour braised pork in house made enchilada sauce , masa, charred peppers, onion, black beans and corn. Topped with our Fresno chili infused “queso”, cilantro, and “crema”
