Menu for a delivery Tuesday November 9th

.  Beef and pork chilI mac n “cheese”. Slow cooked  ground beef, gluten-free macaroni noodles, tomato, fresh chilies, spinach, tossed in our house made “cheese “ sauce with chives .


. Thai chicken  kao soi, yellow curry braised chicken, vermicelli noodles, charred peppers , carrots, green onion, mint, and spinach, in a yellow coconut curry lime broth.


. Citrus braised pork carnitas, slow cooked pork morsels in orange and lime, charred broccoli , and cabbage, over aromatic cumin Spanish rice .
